This Recipe Collection has been designed to support new mammas during the postpartum period. The recipes I have chosen for this Collection are simple to prepare and many can be made in advance and frozen. I have included some slow cooker recipes as well for simplicity. Here's what’s included:
🌿 15 digital gluten free recipes, complete with beautiful color images. Recipes include breakfast, lunch, dinner, a side dish, and snack options. I’ve designed most main meals and snacks for 4 or more servings so that you can take advantage of the leftovers. Several recipes are freezer friendly.
🌿 Your prepared Grocery List. All items included on your list can be purchased at your local grocery store. A few items you will find in the organic section.
🌿 Nutrition Details including all macros (carbs, protein, fats, fiber, sugar, etc) as well as vitamin & mineral counts.
🌿 A Welcome Note which provides how to start incorporating the recipes into your rotation as well as recipe tips.
